Bluetooth connected but not paired to my Bionic

I am using Foxfi to tether my Bionic to my Nexus 7 thru bluetooth. I see that they are connected but not paired. I am able to connect to websites, Evernote, etc but can't send or receive emails. I see that the connection shows bytes being sent and received.

Any suggestions to get the email part working?
