Bluetooth Connection in Car Issue

I just switched from IPHONE 4 to the Samsung GS3 and Bluetooth has been a continuing issue.
I have paired the device "phone audio" and "media audio" BUT when I call someone, the call does not go through the speakers and the other person cannot hear me!

Media audio works fine (and I streaming music through me speakers just fine) but I cannot get phone call functionality to work!

Help please! Thank you.

Just FYI, my experience with this Headunit was flawless with the iPhone 4. As soon as the devices were paired everything worked perfect each and every time I turned the car on and it immediately synced.
