Hello there,
I've been using my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) device for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it. A few years ago I bought a Sony SmartWatch 2 and it worked without any problem with my old phone, a Samsung Galaxy S2. Now I decided to try the watch with the A5 (2016) device and I experienced the following:
- Downloaded the latest official Sony SmartWatch 2 app from Google Play (v.1.6.31) and the latest Smart Connect app (5.7.29.754)
- At home (where there are no other available bluetooth devices around in the area) the two devices connect perfectly and stay connected without any problem
- But: whenever I go public places such as school, library, mall (where there are other available other bluetotth devices such) the devices connect rather slowly and then after a few minutes they disconnect and then reconnect. And in every few minutes they keep on doing this connect and disconnect problem.

What do you think? Is there a problem with either the phone's or the watch's bluetooth connection? Is it possible that the other bluetooth devices interfier somehow? (never experienced that before with the old phone)
Is there a way to select in the Settings > Bluetooth menu that just the paired deviceses have the availability to see the phone? (Right now every device can see the phone in the area and I can't see where can I change that - maybe that would help)

Thanks a lot,
WillTraveler ;)
