Bluetooth contacts sync Audi A7

Hi all.
I purchased my htc one today. Came from galaxy s3.
Unfortunately I'm having big issues with the synchronisation of contacts via Bluetooth to my car. When I set up the connection it asks if I would like to sync contacts. I put a tick in the box that says not to ask for permission next time. Then nothing happens. No contact sync.

On top of this, the htc one isn't rsap (remote SIM access profile) compliant, meaning my car doesn't work 100% correctly. Basically Google maps, speed warnings etc do not work.

Pretty disappointed really as the s3 worked with no issues.

Does anyone use the htc one with an Audi car? Or have any input please?

I've not got an Audi but I'm driving another VAG group car. Neither my HTC One or the Sensation before it synced the phone book properly. Is all to do with them not being rSAP compatible I believe. I'm about to order a holder for mine and will just use the car app on the phone for accessing the phone book so its no great problem for me.

I found a solution to this nagging problem and it is yet so simple.
If you had a previous phone paired with your car bluetooth, you need to reset the car phone to factory default.
Once that was accomplished, the phonebook was successfully uploaded.
