Bluetooth dropping calls?

Just received a Jawbone ERA in the mail today, so thought I would try it out. Easy connection with Optimus S, and very good fit on the ear piece. I was working this afternoon, and had several calls. I noticed on a couple of them, the call was dropped while in conversation. I didnt know the other person wasnt there, until he called again. This did this several times. Prior to this event, I was talking to a person, I could hear him plain as day, but he couldnt hear me. I disconnected my jawbone and just used the phone and called this particular person back, and all was well. Is anybody having problems with Bluetooth and the Optimus S? Mine is a stock phone that is unrooted.

or the other people have terrible, cheap phones with horrible coverage.

Because one time I was talking to a person, I could hear her plain as day, but she couldn't hear me. Turns out she had Metro PCS and she wasd in side her house. (her house had no coverage)
