Bluetooth headphones messed up android safety volume.

Hello can I have some help please? I connected Bluetooth earphones on a Huawei p10 lite and it was the worst idea ever.... It somehow managed to break the safety volume feature.... Meaning that even with headphones I can increase the volume to max with no problem, I also noticed if I connect a Bluetooth speaker it puts it at Mac HEADPHONE volume and not Mac phone volume... Someone help? Thank you!
