Bluetooth headset will connect for audio but not calls.

I recently purchased a Flinevetech A8 bluetooth headset. I am able to connect the device via bluetooth but it will only connect for audio but not for phone calls. I went into settings to change the device to accept phone calls but the button to select calls will not stay enabled and reverts back to off.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have other Bluetooth devices nearby that might be competing for the connection?

The headset might not be "saying" that it has phone call ability properly, so the phone thinks it's an earphone and won't use it for calls. Contact Flinevetech at support@flinevetech.com.

Since adjusting the Bluetooth settings didn't help, I would contact the manufacturer directly.
