Bluetooth is disconnected or sound goes silent

Picked up the OnePlus X, a few weeks ago, the phone looks great. Noticing when using the Bluetooth the music would go silent but my music app is playing. It sounds if the music has been muted. The connection to my device and car audio or my wireless headset is fine. Anyone else have this problem?

I have all the latest software updates on my device.
