Bluetooth issue Samsung Note 3, Samsung Gear, Porsche Panamera

I have no problem with the Bluetooth connection from my Samsung Note 3 to my Samsung Gear or to my Porsche Panamera. However, the auto Bluetooth keeps shutting off during a phone conversation. If I turn my Gear off, there is no longer a problem, the auto Bluetooth works fine. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?
