Bluetooth issue since ota?

Since the ota overall the phone has been smoother and faster. However it seems that when I call someone and use a Bluetooth device I can hear then just fine but they are complaining that I sound broken up. I'm in charlotte nc where signal is great, when I disconnect the Bluetooth they say its like night and day the difference. Any thoughts?
