Bluetooth issue

I'm having a Bluetooth issue with my wife's 2007 Honda Accord with the isimple interface to the factory head unit. My U11 pair's with no problem, but I get pops and the playback speed seems about 20% slower. But when paired to my Polk Audio Camden square and my Denon AVR-X5300W AV receiver, audio playback is great. One thing I have noticed when paired with the previous two devices, when playing YouTube videos through them, the sound and video are out of sync. Anybody else had similar Bluetooth issues, and have you been able to resolve them?
