Bluetooth issues.

I have been having issues with my Bluetooth devices lately @ 1st I thought it was my Bluetooth speaker but it's both my speaker & the stereo in my car.
So when I get in my car & the Bluetooth connects to my phone it works fine but when I turn the car off & then on & the phone connects again it won't play music through the speakers it only plays through my phone speaker, I can control everything through the stereo but the music only plays through my phone & it does the same thing with my Huawei speaker.
Anyone else have this issue??? I hope there's a resolution to this problem

I think I see the same thing but on the MortPlayer audiobook app. At the initial bluetooth connection at car startup, it would almost always play through the speaker... but if I hit pause on the app and start again, it would play to bluetooth. I have the same version of MortPlayer on my old Galaxy Note 2 and it doesn't do that. Also once in a while, at bluetooth connect it would start the LG Music player and play the LG theme song. I don't know how it does that because I never even use the LG Music player.

As for workaround, I just hit Play, Pause, Play and it will play through bluetooth. At least that's how it would work on the audiobook app.
