Bluetooth Issues

Hey guys - my roommate has the 5x and he's saying that it doesn't multitask because when he's using Spotify in his truck, he can't do anything else on the phone or else it breaks up. Is this the case? He's using the google now launcher. Are there things I should suggest he tries?

I don't use Spotify anymore, but it certainly does multi task. It could be a bug though.

I've seen launchers affect performance before... But I'll have spotify open and 4 other things with no issue, ID contact Honor about that
