For the last couple of weeks I have noticed the bluetooth keeps turning on constantly. I have to turn it off at least 6 to 7 times a day. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Go to Settings>Privacy>Location>Improve Accuracy, and see if Bluetooth Scanning is turned on.

Sorry, are you saying that you found that setting and it was turned on? If so, let us know if turning it off seems to stop the problem.

My wifi got buggy after the recent T-Mobile update. I go to turn wifi on, the notification button will repeatedly turn on and off. Had to go to Settings>Privacy>Location>Improve Accuracy and turn off wifi scanning. My guess is that update had a few bugs in it, however my co-workers S7 Edge who is also on T-Mobile doesn't have the issue but he did just get his phone and did the update before he set everything up on his phone.

Yea, I have already gone to Settings>Privacy>Location>Improve Accuracy > bluetooth scanning. I have turned it off AND on and still the bluetooth keeps turning on. It is so frustrating.

Once I am in safe mode, then where do I go to check?

The same way you see that Bluetooth is coming on now. I assume you're seeing the icon appearing in the status bar. Or you could go to the Settings>Bluetooth menu and watch it for a while in Safe Mode, to see if the switch turns on by itself.

You could also try reinstalling the firmware using Smart Switch, in case something went wrong with the system update: SmartSwitch: Install & update or replace firmware

This is the tedious part. Unless there's an app you suspect, you might just have to do it by trial and error, by uninstalling apps one by one until the problem goes away (in Normal Mode, that is).
