Bluetooth media won't sync w ith my device

I synced my s8 plus with my 2010 Infiniti fx35. The call audio works but the media audio won't activate. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

Van you call dealer and check car Bluetooth version? Maybe there is a firmware update you can get for the car.
