Hello All,

I have been noticing a problem with music playback on the DX2. I just got the phone from work as a promo. I love the phone(better than fascinate) but while playing music over Bluetooth in my car, it skips and stutters through songs. Any ideas on fixing this problem. I have read things about apps called Poweramp or Headset Stopper; as well as getting a class 10 sd card.

Any insight would be fantastic, thanks.

Well, if you want to see if your SD card is causing the problem, you could try putting some music on your phones internal storage. If the skipping is gone or minimized, you have your culprit.

If you want to test your Bluetooth, try playing music through the phones speakers, or, through headphones or something. If no skipping or it's minimized, you are having an issue with Bluetooth.

Unfortunately, even after the latest update, every now and then I still get a skip. It's SO rare though now that I don't even notice it. Used to be infinitely worse though. So, basically, you might even experience very rare skippage, even if you fix your problem.

I did investigate Poweramp before the update, and, if I recall, it lessened the skipping. But, the update fixed it for me, and, I didn't wanna pay five bucks for it since the stock music player is fine.
