Bluetooth not working Galaxy s10 5G

[Android Central Question]

Galaxy S10 5G, android version 12, won't allow Bluetooth to turn on.
Have tried to wipe cache in Android auto, Bluetooth etc. Have tried hard reset of phone, have tried to wipe all network settings. Have googled wiping cache partition, but no matter how many times I try, volume up, bixby and power button combo, phone will not enter Android recovery mode menu.
