Bluetooth on my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G360T) sometimes will not pair or connect

My other Bluetooth Smartphone & Tablets will pair and connect with my State Farm/Verizon In-Drive vehicle monitoring device, but not my new Samsung Galaxy Core Prime with Bluetooth turned on. I does connect with my Yamaha Home Theater Receiver which does not show up as paired on the Core Prime.
