Bluetooth/phone speaker switch

So a few weeks ago I disabled where in the notification bar you can switch between your connected Bluetooth device and the phone speaker. How do I reenable it? I forgot.

What device? I know my tablet (Samsung Tab S3) has this but I never looked into how to disable it as I find it quite useful.

Galaxy S8.... Ya I wish I didn't disable it.
