Bluetooth phonebook alias

I have a 2010 Nissan Altima with Bluetooth. Using previous phone, a Samsung Stratosphere, I had created a few "personal" phonebook entries (essentially an alias to an existing entry). For example, to call my wife, instead of having to do CALL | JO FLAFLASHR | MULTIPLE ENTRIES | NEXT ENTRY | DIAL, I created an alias to the single entry she was most likely at, and named it WIFE. Therefore, I could just say CALL | WIFE and it would dial the right number right away.

Now I got a Samsung Galaxy S4. Phonebook works fine, but I am not able to figure out how to recreate the alias.

Can anybody suggest any help?
