Bluetooth problem

I just started to experience a stuttering/skipping issue on Bluetooth. At first, I thought it might be a problem with the Spotify app. However I noticed that the problem did not happen with playback through the phone's speaker or a wired headset. The problem also happens with multiple bluetooth devices so it is not a problem with any one specific bluetooth device. This is very annoying and the weird thing is that it just started to happen yesterday. I tried unparing then re-paring the bluetooth devices but that did not help. Any advice?
