That is the same driver I already have installed. Thanks, but looks like I am just out of luck.

That first link states that my Incredible is "compatible", yet mine does exact same as my Rezound...

That's the same driver but did you have the dongle inserted when you updated it? On a longshot Go into System>Adm. tools> services, see if bluetooth support service is set to automatic?

Could try a generic bluetooth installer (freeware) to install any drivers and try it again. Utility can be found here
Bluetooth Driver Installer - Get Bluetooth to work with the Microsoft Bluetooth stack

Ok, tried that, told me I already had drivers and closed.

Since some say the culprit was a windows update. If you locate the hotfix that effed up or you have a system restore point dated before that. You may wanna uninstall it or rollback, then try again. Btw, did you uninstall the stock driver(s) before running the BTinstaller utility? If not make a backup, or set a system restore point, beforehand, then uninstall and run it.

what if there is no "Microsoft corporation"? Mine just shows Microlink, Microsoft, MicrosoftHW, Microstar and Motion Computing and thats it for M's
