Bluetooth Problems

My bluetooth doesnt work correctly. If i turn it on it will connect but produce no sound. If i connect to my bluetooth speaker and try to play music nothing happens but if i briefly connect any sort of aux cable to the phone while the bluetooth is connected it will immediately play thru the bluetooth speaker! Any thoughts? I have cleared the cache and have the most recent updates.

With the phone on, take off your back and remove the battery. Put it back it and turn on. Sometimes the simple things clear things up. If not, backup and then perform Factory Reset. If it does not work after all that, take the phone to your place of purchase/carrier for warranty or insurance replacement.

Before doing a factory reset, try deleting all your BT profiles and repair your devices.
