Noticed this morning when my screen is off, Bluetooth is taking up 52% of battery life, media server @ 48%. I do have Moto S11 Flex Hd headphones & an up24 but I don't remember it taking up this much on the m8. Am I delusional or is this normal?

Was the bluetooth device synced with your device overnight? That could be why.
If your device only loses ~10-15% overnight, I could see the bluetooth connection taking up about half of that possibly, over ~8 hours, that's only 5-7% of actual battery life.

I have a fitbit and my Bluetooth is always on. All day sync was on by default until I turned it off. Battery drain doesn't seem affected that bad.

I'm in the same camp as accursedvenom. I have my M9 connected to my bluetooth all day long with no problems. My battery drain is pretty normal and I'm not even running any of the battery saver features. I can easily make it all day long.

I agree with remix1982 I have a bluetooth headset connected to my phone all day long and my screen is typically off the whole day at work with some streaming music ever now and then. I do not see the high usage your seeing. is it happening every day? I will have to connect multiple bluetooth items at the same time to see if that could be the issue.
