Bluetooth Tether ?! Help

So, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) WiFi+3G. It runs on ICS. My question is, can I use the bluetooth tether option, to share my tab's internet to my BlackBerry Smartphone? How?

Why don't you use the wifi tether? As I can remember, I don't think blackberry can receive internet from bluetooth.
