Bluetooth USB

I Have a problem in my HTC mOne S that bluetooth can't pair with any other device so i think if i bought a Bluetooth USB maybe i can fix this problem, Will this work for real if yes which type of USB should i buy?

To the best of my knowledge, unless the dongle comes with a 'designed for Android' app, you wouldn't be able to use that. You can use input devices and storage media through USB (IF your device supports USB OTG), but you can't use hardware like WiFi cards or Bluetooth dongles unless an app provides the necessary drivers.
