Bluetooth voice calls without unplugging audio cable?

Is there any way I can make/take calls via car's bluetooth without unplugging the aux cable from the phone? I have to use the cable to send the phone's media to the stereo.

I've had the same issue ever since getting this phone... not any workaround for it as far as I know.

Fortunately, I have usb port on my stereo which makes it convenient to make calls while listening to music on my sd card but I still have to use the audio cable to listen to online radio apps like pandora and slacker.
