Bluetooth Volume low after incoming text/call??

I stream music from my phone thru my car's bluetooth system but when I receive a text or call 90% of the time the music's volume level drops big time and the only way to get it back to normal is close down Pandora completely and restart it.. Anyone else experiencing this?? Better yet anyone have a fix?
