Bluetooth volume to Powerbeats Bluetooth headphones

Hi guys

I just got my S7e phone. I synced up my Powerbeats headphones to go for my daily run and noticed the volume is so low compared to my iPhone.

I have the media turned up all the way on my S7e and it's still so low.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you connected the headphones and then adjusted the volume? Volume for BT is separate from other volume controls.

I've connected the headphones wirelessly. You mentioned volume for bluetooth is separate....where is it located? I've been looking through the whole phone to see if there's another setting for volume other than the media one.

Use the volume controls on the headphones. That's how you adjust the volume further. Took me a minute to realize it too but I have the same headphones

HAHAHAHAHAHA thank you. That's the problem LOL. I just switched from an iphone and used this headset with it. Never touched the volume controls while I used them on it.
