Bluetooth

I have a Plantronics 925 Bluetooth headset but there is no incoming audio. It connects fine and I can speak, but can't hear anything in the earpiece. Is there something wrong with my Bluetooth? Could it be outdated for the S3? Is there any function on my S3 I should look for or check?

Try using a different headset on your phone and also check if your headset works with other phones
