I have an LG BT device which is mounted on the windshield of the vehicle. No problem with recognition using Vlingo but there is a problem communicating with the phone and getting it to call the correct number. It may be ambient noise inside the vehicle but nothing seems to work.....no matter how loudly or softly I speak.

Any suggestions on other apps that might do the job? I don't need a lot of bells and whistles, just an app that will connect with my BT device and dial the number I need it to.

BTW, I also paired the phone with a Plantronics earpiece. Same results.
