(Your example got lost.)
If you are getting unwanted motion blur on moving objects, you need to increase the shutter speed the camera is using. This is often a problem with low light environments. Depending on the camera app, you may need to go into manual exposure mode so adjust some of the settings. If your camera app has a "sports" mode, you can give that a try.
A walking adult might need a shutter speed of 1/125
Kids playing sports, maybe 1/500
Adults playing sports maybe 1/1000 of a second.
If you are in a low light environment (your house, school gyms, night time outdoors), you have two options:
- add more light. (Keep in mind that the flash on the camera is good for 15 feet at best)
- increase the ISO, which will increase the digital noise in the picture. (Digital noise can be fixed in post processing while motion blur cannot.)
