Blurry incoming MMS on Verizon

Im on my first day with my oneplus 6T international version (dual sim, Verizon and Tmo).

My SMS wasnt working yesterday, til I changed my Verizon SIM with the 4G LTE kind. Last night I was testing sending out MMS and it is being received fine/normal.

But receiving MMS, the very same picture I sent out, it is blurry. Or pixelated. Like a thumbnail size. Sender is from iPhone X.

I will be testing this more today. I will be checking the file sizes coming back and fort.

Anybody else experienced this?

There's a size limit on MMS. If you limit it to 1.2mb, you shouldn't have any problem.

Can you please advise where to change this parameter.

I am receiving about 30kb only. Id say 30-50kb the most.

How did you send that photo? Are you certain you sent the full photo, and not the thumbnail?

From iPhone X, Photos, click on photo, hit the share button, text message/SMS.

When I get it, it will be a very small file, then if I send that picture out, it will be as is- thumbnail size.

New development,

Same picture, coming from iPhone X.

I am set up dual sim.

If received by Sim 1- Verizon; picture is thumbnail size

If received by Sim 2- T-mobile: normal quality pic.

On my APN settings the mms info for Verizon is empty. All greyed out too and unable to add new APN. Well, it will allow me to 'add' but just the name only, every field is greyed out.
