Blurry photos

Photos taken with the Alpha are all blurry, even when the 12 megapixel option is selected. One of the reasons I our purchased the Alpha was the camera, which I've been really disappointed with. I have tried playing with the settings but have has no real improvement. If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated

seems like your lens in dirty,try cleaning it.if the issue persists,try using a different app for camera.

I heard the lollipop update broke the auto focus for the camera.

Also indoors, the camera will pick really slow shutter, resulting in blurry pictures most of the time.
