I'm assuming you want to transfer bookmarks from your PC to your tablet. If so, if you have Chrome installed on your PC and tablet, you can sign into your Google account on both browsers and set it up to sync bookmarks, open tabs (that way you can continue your browsing when switching from PC to tablet and viceversa), history, etc. Quite neat!

What browser are you using? If you are using Chrome, all you bookmarks will sync across any device that is signed in with the same gmail.
