Bookmarks Won't Sync - Only Folders

Can you guys help me get my bookmarks from my desktop to show up on my Xoom? I have looked up how to do this several times to no avail. I have several bookmarks organized into folders. The folders are showing up on the Xoom but they are empty. Any ideas?

Ongoing server issue on Google's end. I tried for months then gave up. There's a well documented thread on Google's support forum.

What browser do you use? Mine show up fine on both my Xoom and Nexus. I'm using the stock browser on the Xoom and browser+ on the Nexus.
