Well, my V10 gave up the ghost. Was doing nothing special, reading email, and it just froze, tried to reboot a couple of times, and now refuses to do anything. 😥
Tried to open a repair request, but lg wants a purchase receipt that is MIA. Hate the bureaucracy.
 
Well, after a conversation with customer service, got a raise, and the phone is on the way back to the mothership. Hopefully the issue will be resolved under warranty.
 
Got an email indicating that the replacement is on the way. They covered the failure under warranty. Great save by lg on a frustrating event. Way to stand behind your product.
 
Got it back, running fine. Son is using it for a few days, we'll see what happens after that. Since I got a V20, it might be a spare, or ebay bait. Oh the consequences and costs of depending on having a phone.
 
Looks like the same phone. Had my screen protector installed. The sticker behind the battery is different.
