Bootloader unlocked...

I read that the Canadian S4 bootloaders are unlocked.. Can anyone confirm this?

I have a TELUS S4 (SGH-I337M) and I can confirm the bootloader is unlocked. In fact, I was also able to flash TWRP 2.5.0.0 touch recovery over the stock one so I could make a backup of the official firmwares. I'm hoping I can try and extract the necessary radio files if possible.
