Bootloader wont work

I have us cellular moto x, I want to unlock it. I installed SDK and Motorola Driver already.

Sdk folder is on the desktop, sdk manager works and opens, etc.

I did the command prompt but it wont open any folders.

Please help

Is the fastboot exe in your SDK folder? Try cd platform-tools and see if fastboot is in there.

fastboot is in folder within SDK folder platforms-tools

You are running the command from the SDK folder. If fastboot is in the platform-tools folder, you have to run fastboot from there.
