Bottom speaker louder than top speaker?

Is it normal for the bottom speaker to be louder? I've switched back and forth from music and theater modes and have blocked each speaker separately. I believe the top speaker sounds about 25% lower than the bottom one on both modes. Anyone else notice this?

Yes, they are completely different designs with the top being mostly treble and the bottom bass and mids. This is for greater efficiency. What you're hearing is normal.
