I can't do anything. I don't have the ROM manager to download the app store for cm when I did download mobigenie and tried to DL gmail it wouldn't open this is a disaster something is wrong with it. I just want it back to normal. I wanna cry

So it came without Google apps?

You can flash the gapps in recovery. Look for the gapps for whatever version of CM you have. Then you'll get the Play Store and G-Mail, etc.

Install Samsung Kies 3.0, the USB drivers are installed at the same time and reboot your computer. Disconnect the phone and lauch Kies, you need the Model and serial number, they are hidden under the battery so write them down before starting. select the Menu Tools -> Firmware upgrade and initialization and follow the instructions, i have restored my GNote2 with this tool when i have bought the GNote3. The process take some time, almost half an hour in my case.

hey, i just did this, all was well. everything seemed to go fine. finished up and it told me to disconnect. device booted up and is now stuck on the samsung logo. Any thoughts?

ended up booting into recovery and Wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache. All good, back to official status and running 4.3. Just waiting for my apps to reload then ill throw my sim in and see if its locked to a different carrier :S

One last detail, I had to manually enter APN for my carrier so if your data isn't working check this. All APN setting can be found just have to Google them.
