New one today for me on the brightness setting window: "To prevent overheating, maximum brightness has been reduced."

What, 105 degrees is bad for phones? Whodathunkit?

Yeah, I usually keep mine at around 50% due to the heat from prolonged use.

Mine is generally in the 20-percent range, but I needed to jack it up because of afternoon sunlight. The brightness toggle took it to about 60, and I got the message when I went to set it manually.

I wish I could have it that low. I work outside all day long and I wouldn't be able to see it lol.

Update, got a job offer to be an electrician, as I was at work. So I walked off the job I had doing landscaping and start as an electrician on Monday.. so I'll be able to turn down the brightness!!! Yaaaayyyy lmao
