bq androidone aquaris x2 wont hard reset

Hi, are there any guide of how i do flash the bios, or how i do the hard reset, i have tryed with holding the power button, and volume up
and release power button when the android screen comes, but it wont work, i have also tryed volume down.

I think i need to change/flash bios, i also get a error when i try to update it, so am stuck

Any advice?

Welcome to Android Central! Why do you need to hard reset? Is it frozen, or stuck in a bootloop? Did you forget your password?

hi, it wont update, and it wont see the simcard- that hard reset link wont work, so i need to flash bios, are there any guide of how to flash the bios?
am sure it will work if i flash the bios

In terms of update -- are you talking about a system update? That phone is a 2 year old budget/midrange phone, so it's unlikely that it's still getting any system updates (unless you know for sure from the company or from other owners that it's supposed to get one now).

For the SIM card issue -- have you already tried cleaning out the SIM reader using a can of compressed air, or trying a different SIM card (in case the problem is with the SIM itself)?
