Brabd new to the Note 3

I have finally crossed from BlackBerry to the Note 3 and all i can say is "wtf have I been missing all these years". Netflix is incredible and all these other apps that BB never has had.

Anyway, my question is when I am typing on this virtual keyboard I seem to type too fast for the words to follow. It is like there is lag going on. How do I correct this? Do I need to pull the battery to reset things? Is there a cache to clear? It seems to happen a lot at night after a hard day of typing emails or responses.

That's very strange that never happens to me event hough since the update it seems like I type slower like the keys are spaced weird or something. Try using another keyboard and see if it still persists.

One of my associates who also has the N3 told me to download Swift key (or something like that )as it is a superior keyboard to the native keynoard. Any truth to this?

I use SwiftKey and it is fantastic. You can set the key height and customize it for either one handed use, have the keyboard floating or any combination that works for you. I use the pro version and it is well worth the price (I think it was only a couple dollars)

Yes swiftkey is loads better than the native keyboard. The flow feature is awesome as well.

Heck the Google keyboard is better than stock. But SwiftKey is good. There are others out there too. You just have to find one that works for you.

I used to swear by swype but I find that the stock keyboard on the note 3 is really good. The added number row is really nice and it has the Swift key flow feature built in, you just have to turn it on
