hello everyone im kingreaven9427 and im pretty new to rooting and roms an things of that nature i had a droid X but unfortunately it took a dive in the sink and i started looking for another phone i looked around for a while and found a motorola droid 2 on crackberry a few days later i got it in the mail and did the normal thing cheak the screen for scraches looked for any dings that would affect the performence of the phone and it was all good turned it on and got a surprize when i saw the cyanogenmod 9 and i showed my tech savy buddy and he said that was a great buy so i started playing around with it and i really like it except for the fact that my camera does not seem to want to work if any one has a quick fix or can point me to an area where i look for myself that would be great !!

Welcome. Most likely your camera doesn't work because the newest roms have bugs. This may or may not be worked out in a later build.

you wouldnt happen to know of an earlyer build of cyanogenmod or something pretty close to it i could go and take a look at i have looked around on AC some and most of what im looking at seems to be a little bit over my head
