Brand New HP TouchPad owner!

something is wrong, maybe a hardware issue. My HP with android is perfect! like i said. Only issue is the deep sleep it keeps falling into.

Wow, disregard everything I said in the last post. Went to my router settings, set settings up as followed:
BG Mixed
WPA2
Channel 6

Getting 2+Mbps, now this the Android tablet I was looking for!

Now to get that dang external speaker to make some noise. Headphones work though.

I know this is a silly question but, have you checked that both volume settings are turned up ? Because CM7 is built on a phone version of android there is a "ringer" volume and a "media" volume. The default when you press the volume rocker is for the ringer volume, unless your playing music or some other media when it is pressed.

Another obvious one is, have you checked the drag down top bar ? one of the icons at the top can set the T-Pad to vibrate only, vibrate and make noise, or no vibrate or noise, or noise only.
