Hi guys,
I have a brand new A5 2017. From the start I noticed that the sound quality is extremely poor, I have to literally have the volume half way before I can even hear a thing.
Ok so under settings > sounds and vibrations I have touch sounds ON, screen lock sounds ON, charging sound ON, Dialing keypads tones ON, Keyboard sound ON yet none when I type a message there is no sound, when I connect my charger there is no sound, when I dial a number there is no sound, also I like hearing the camera shutter noise and I can't find that option anywhere. (Yes I did go into the camera settings and there is no option there for camera shutter). Can anyone help me at all.
**forgot to mention that youtube and videos on facebook have sound, it's just those things above that are not producing any sounds**
