BRICKED!...the third time.

I have once again bricked my optimus. This time it was due to curiosity. I made my way into my recovery (xionia CWMA) and i decided to see what "LG style factory reset" would do. BADDDD IdEa. My phone went all bonkers! Now my phone turns on and goes to the cm7 setup wizard but nothing responds. And when i go into recovery this time its android system recovery, and it formatts the data and cache then factory resets then it reboots to android. Help would be much appreciated as i am very familiar with Rom manager bricks but not factory wipe bricks.
