Bricked?

I think my NC is bricked. I have nookie froyo installed internally and it was working fine. I was reading a book with the nook software from the market, and i put the NC down for a minute to get my daughter to stop crying. Came back to the NC and it was black screen. I have tried every button combination holding them all for 30 seconds, then even a minute and nothing will happen. When I hook to USB I dont get a green light or a yellow light, but it is kind of a mix of the two? My computer does not recognize the NC. Any ideas?

This is my first post but i went through the same thing. This link helped me out Dummies Guide to Fixing 'My Nook Won't Boot' - xda-developers. I hope this helps. It took me about 10 min. Best of luck.

probably not bricked.
It's really hard to truely brick the nookcolor because it's got SD card boot priority. Meaning you can flash an image, stock or otherwise, to an SD card and the NC will boot off it before it tries to boot off the internal memory.

unless you have a hardware problem, it's probably fixable.
