Broken GS5?

[AC Question]

Few months ago my ex boyfriend had a bad temper and took my phone and smashed it on the concrete floor. It was badly crack , both screens was cracked. It's turns on and stuff but it was all black. So my mom took it to go get fix and I was happy. But then to find out my speaker , microphone , home button and earphone thing does not work !! Do I have to change something in the setting or is it just broken ? ): no rude comments .Only thing that works is touch screen and the back and recent button.

I think that will be damage, not anything to do with your settings. Of course, the ex-boyfriend must pay the repair bill, or the cost of a replacement device....I imagine it qualifies as wilful or criminal damage.
